SONGOMETRY · SUPPORT
How can we help?
Songometry is a paid, ad-free collection of private, on-device music tools for harmony, tempo, audio, songwriting and music planning.
Before contacting support
For microphone tools, allow microphone access in iPhone Settings and play one clear note at a time. Very low piano notes may need a little longer to stabilise. For the metronome, make sure your iPhone is not muted and raise the media volume. Core calculators continue to work offline.
Contact
Email music@delglorio.com with “Songometry support” in the subject. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the tool you were using and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private audio unless we specifically request it.
Privacy
Read the Songometry Privacy Policy for details about on-device audio processing and local app data.
