Songometry Privacy Policy

Songometry is a music-tool app from Del Glorio Records. It does not require an account. Version 1.0 was paid and ad-free. The version 1.1 update provides free access with advertising for eligible adult users and an optional permanent Remove Ads purchase.
Music tools and audio
Core calculations run on your device. The tuner uses microphone access only while you use it to detect pitch. Songometry processes that audio live on your device and does not record it or upload it to Del Glorio Records. Audio files you choose for analysis are also processed on your device and are not uploaded to Del Glorio Records.
Information stored on your device
Preferences, favourites and recent tools may be saved locally on your device so the app can remember your choices. Removing the app removes this locally stored app data, subject to iOS behaviour.
Advertising and consent in version 1.1
A neutral age-group choice is remembered on your device and can be changed in Settings. This is self-declared, not identity or age verification. Users who select an age under 18 or leave their age unspecified receive no ads. No date of birth or identity document is requested.
For eligible adult users without an ad-free entitlement, Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, product interactions, advertising data, crash reports, performance data and other diagnostics. These support advertising delivery and measurement, consent handling, service analytics and fraud prevention. Microphone audio, analyzed music files and calculator entries are not attached to advertising requests.
The app requests non-personalized ads. This still involves data processing, not zero data collection. Required consent messages are shown before ads can load. Apple tracking permission is requested before access to the advertising identifier; you may decline. If eligibility or required consent cannot be established, the music tools remain available without requesting ads. Available advertising privacy options can be revisited in Settings.

Purchases
Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Apple handles payment and provides transaction information used by the app to verify and restore ad-free access. We do not receive payment-card details. Restore Purchases is available in Settings. An ad-free entitlement prevents ad requests; it does not remove the SDK from the installed app package. Deleting the app does not delete Apple's purchase records or information retained by advertising providers.
What Del Glorio Records receives
Del Glorio Records does not receive your microphone audio, analysed files, calculator entries, favourites or recent-tool history. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and maintain necessary correspondence.
Your choices
You can deny or change microphone access and tracking permission in iPhone Settings. In Songometry Settings you can change the saved age-group choice, revisit available advertising privacy options and restore purchases. The app's core offline calculation tools do not require an account.
Children
Songometry is a general-audience music utility. Version 1.1 does not request ads for users who select an age under 18 or leave their age unspecified.
